Known for his mastery in the preparation of pizza, Vincenzo Capuano has finally realized his dream of bringing his art to Turin, and the city's warm welcome did not disappoint expectations.
The inauguration which took place on May 11th was a triumph of authentic flavors and culinary passion. “Bringing my pizza to Turin was a dream,” says Capuano. “I was very keen on this opening and from what I see I was right. The response was one of the warmest in Italy. It also surpassed Bari where over 2 thousand people arrived."
The menu offers a vast selection of Neapolitan delicacies, from the traditional Margherita with hand-crushed tomatoes selected by Capasso, Fiordilatte dei Monti, extra virgin olive oil and basil, to the delicious Marinara with hand-crushed tomatoes, oregano, Tuscan garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Among the treats, customers can delight in potato croquettes, Neapolitan omelette, montanara with Neapolitan ragù and other delicacies that do honor to Neapolitan cuisine. Furthermore, the salads, such as the "Don Vincenzo" and the "Paestum", offer a fresh and light touch to tradition.
